Ogun, Scare Tactics, Attic Theory, Dan Bibby and the Aesthetic Knobs: North Shore Troubadour, Liverpool

There’s a push to get Liverpool’s metal scene back on track. The return of Ogun to a stage seemed like a brilliant place to start.

We’ll confess to the lack of detailed knowledge about Liverpool’s metal scene, or perhaps, more specifically the absence of one.

Enter Ogun. It’s been 14 years since anyone last saw them on stage. But lockdown has reinvigorated the band and the time seemed right for an assault on North Shore Troubadour.

A four band bill, curated by the promotion team Jess Handley & Chris Everett of newly formed Teric Live, all involved jumped at the opportunity to promote the highly anticipated show. And it didn’t disappoint.

Also featuring Scare TacticsAttic Theory and Dan Bibby & The Aesthetic Knobs this show created a lineup stacked with Liverpool’s finest hard rock.

There’s more to come. Watch this space.
