Legendary post-punk band Killing Joke celebrate their 40th anniversary with a show at the 02 Academy in Liverpool.

Killing Joke brought their Honour the Fire with a blistering show at O2 Academy that featured the band’s original line up. Featuring Jazz Coleman’s antics and piercing stare, this was KJ on top form.

Openers, The Imbeciles, from New York were the perfect fit for this gig trying and almost succeeding in blowing KJ off the stage. With a new album (produced by Youth) on the way, this was an impressive set to kick off the night.

All round superb gig.
